Silicone Stamps.
Our silicone stamps offer an alternative to classic metal embossing and offer numerous advantages over traditional embossing techniques.
Pressureless Process
Thanks to the virtually pressureless process, no unwanted deformations or damage occur to the embossing object. The foil transfer is achieved through controlled heat rather than mechanical pressure – ideal for sensitive surfaces such as plastic, leather or lacquered surfaces.
Two-Component Coating
Our innovative two-component coating combines different rubber hardnesses in a single stamp. The lower, softer layer compensates for unevenness, while the upper, harder layer ensures sharp contours.

Laser engraving is one of the most versatile and precise engraving techniques in modern manufacturing. With our powerful laser systems, we produce filigree engravings on virtually all conceivable materials – from a wide range of metals to plastics, wood and leather.

Custom and Spare Parts
Thanks to the size and diversity of our modern machine park, we are able to go far beyond conventional stamp products. The manufacture of individual custom, special or spare parts based on your 3D data, technical drawings or even existing samples is one of our specialities. Whether damaged, lost or unavailable – we reproduce it for you.

Signs
We design your signs professionally and individually. For smooth materials such as stainless steel or aluminium, laser engraving is ideal: it enables particularly precise lettering that is permanently abrasion- and weather-resistant. Text & Form Electrodes
We manufacture text and form electrodes from copper and graphite for die-sinking EDM. We also process supplied blanks using our own milling programmes and data sets provided by you, according to your requirements. We use clamping systems from Erowa and 3R.
Surface Digitisation
By digitising surfaces, we can precisely capture the shape of the part to be embossed. This means that even where surface data is missing or the part deviates from the original data, flexible adaptation of the embossing die is possible, thus achieving a perfect result.
CNC-based Manufacturing
On state-of-the-art CNC milling and engraving machines, we manufacture your products with the highest quality and precision. Every workpiece leaves our production ready to install. On request, including a measurement report.
